Genotyping
LABLAB offers genotyping assays from the BDR Diagnostics GENVINSET® product line, designed for the detection of clinically relevant genetic markers by real-time PCR.
Real-time PCR is a fast, sensitive and reproducible molecular method used for the amplification and detection of specific DNA targets. The GENVINSET® portfolio is relevant for laboratories working with HLA genotyping, disease-associated alleles and genetic marker analysis.
The product line includes assays for:
- HLA-B27 – detection of HLA-B*27 alleles
- HLA-B*57:01 – detection of HLA-B*57:01 alleles
- HLA Celiac – detection of alleles associated with celiac disease
- HLA Celiac Plus – extended celiac disease-associated HLA marker analysis
- HLA-A29 – detection of HLA-A*29 alleles
- HLA Narcolepsy – detection of HLA-DQB1*06:02 alleles
These assays are relevant for clinical laboratories, molecular diagnostics departments and research laboratories requiring reliable PCR-based genotyping solutions.
